Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods
If your parcel is damaged, we will send you the products in question again or refund them.Â

Requesting a Return or Refund
Should you be unhappy with your order, please reach out to us at support@hlfonline.co.uk and let us know what the issue is. We will ask you to return the unused portion of the products to us.

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods
The buyer bears the shipping costs of sending the products back to us. We cannot refund the delivery charges on the orders we refund. The standard shipping charge (£8) will be deducted from the refund if you have received free shipping.

Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period
We cannot accept refund requests once the 30 days after delivery passes.
