The Healthy Breakfast + Protein package contains around 21 meals.
Mix two flat scoops (about 26g) of Herbalife Formula 1 Shake and two flat scoops (about 26g) of Protein Drink Mix with 250ml of skim milk and mix in a shaker or blender. You can also use water, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk….whatever suits you best. If you did not purchase the Herbalife scoop, one flat tablespoon roughly equals one scoop.
Mix one teaspoon of Herbalife Tea with 250ml of hot or cold water, according to taste.
Mix 1 capful of Aloe Concentrate with 250ml of water.
