Caesar Salad with Chickpeas

The Ceasar Salad is perhaps the most common and well-known salad today. Many people order it in a restaurant when they want a light or diet meal. However, it often contains unnecessary fats and calories because of its distinctive dressing. If you are making the salad at home, we recommend making this Vegan variant. It tastes absolutely amazing and contains only a fraction of the calories of a regular Ceasar Salad. Instead of protein from chicken, we are going to be using chickpeas.

Prepare and enjoy it for lunch or dinner.
