Our most popular healthy meal, the Formula 1 shake contains only 220kCal per serving and is enriched with loads of vitamins, minerals and proteins. It is ready in less than a minute and is a great and tasty way to start the day.
Add it to the Formula 1 to get a thicker, creamier and tastier shake that will keep you feeling full. Made from a blend of vitamins, nutrients and soy protein. Each serving contains 15g of pure soy protein, as well as 24 different Vitamins and minerals.
Your best choice for post-workout recovery, the Rebuild Strength protein shake is designed to be used after anaerobic exercise. Contains 25g of protein per serving that will help build muscle mass as well as repair them for the next training session. Contains the highest quality casein and whey proteins, and no artificial colours or sweeteners.
A brand new Herbalife product, CR7 Drive is a unique hypotonic drink made in cooperation with one of the world’s greatest footballers, Cristiano Ronaldo. It is designed to provide you with additional energy and endurance during training and exercise sessions with its carbohydrate-electrolyte blend, so you will always be performing at the top of your abilities.
Made from a blend of green and black tea, the Herbalife Tea is a great alternative to sugary juices and soft drinks. Drink it in the morning and throughout the day to raise your energy levels and maintain proper hydration.
Programme Guide
The Sport & Fitness package contains around 30 meals. You can use it either to maintain your weight (replace one meal per day with the shake) or to lose weight (replace two meals per day with the shake). Keep in mind that if you are using it for weight loss, you will have enough shake for around 2 weeks.
For the best results, we recommend that you have the shake for breakfast every morning.
To make the shake, mix two flat tablespoons (around 26g) of Herbalife Formula 1 shake and two flat tablespoons (around 26g) of Protein Drink Mix with 250ml of skim milk and mix in a shaker or blender. You can also use water, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk….whatever suits you best.
Mix one teaspoon of Herbalife Tea with 250ml of hot or cold water, according to taste.
Use the CR7 Drive during training to increase your energy levels and improve your endurance. Mix one scoop with 250ml of water and drink throughout the workout.
After you finish your exercise for the day, use H24 Rebuild Strength to repair and rebuild your muscles. mix 5 scoops with 250ml of water and consumer within 30m of finishing your training.
You do not have to strictly follow the above doses for the Tea . For example, you can mix several teaspoons with a 1.5l bottle of water to drink through the day. Just be careful that you don’t take too much Tea at once, it will be like drinking too much coffee.
