Formula 1 Shake

Our most popular healthy meal, the Formula 1 shake contains only 220kCal per serving and is enriched with loads of vitamins, minerals and proteins. It is ready in less than a minute and is a great and tasty way to start the day.

Protein Drink Mix

Add it to the Formula 1 to get a thicker, creamier and tastier shake that will keep you feeling full. Made from a blend of vitamins, nutrients and soy protein. Each serving contains 15g of pure soy protein, as well as 24 different Vitamins and minerals.

Thermojetics Tea

Made from a blend of green and black tea, Thermojetics is a great alternative to sugary juices and soft drinks. Drink it in the morning and throughout the day to raise your energy levels and maintain proper hydration.

Oat Apple Fibre Drink

The Herbalife Oat Apple Fibre Drink is a simple, convenient and delicious way to get the missing fibre back into your daily diet. It is made from a great balanced blend of soluble and insoluble fibers that come from 6 different source – apples, oats, maize, citrus chicory and soya.

USAGE

The Healthy Weight Loss package contains around 60 diet meals. If you have the shake for two meals per day, this package should last you around a month.

For the best weight loss results, replace two meals per day with the shake – breakfast and your choice of lunch or dinner.

To make the shake, mix one scoop (or two flat tablespoons) of Herbalife Formula 1 shake and 1 scoop of Personalized Protein Powder with 250ml of skim milk and mix in a shaker or blender. You can also use water, almond milk, rice milk, soy milk….whatever suits you best.

Mix one small scoop (or one teaspoon) of Herbalife Tea with 250ml of hot or cold water, according to taste.

Take 1 Multivitamin tablet before your morning meal, and 1 tablet before your evening meal (2 per day).

Mix one scoop of Oat Apple Fibre Drink (7.1g) with 150ml of water, and your delicious drink is ready. Take it in the morning, after the shake. You can also mix it directly with the Formula 1 Shake + Protein Drink Mix morning meal.

You do not have to strictly follow the above doses for the Tea . For example, you can mix several scoops with a 1.5l bottle of water to drink through the day. Just be careful that you don’t take too much Tea at once, it will be like drinking too much coffee.
