Delivery times and various others questions regarding delivery.

HLFonline.co.uk uses DPD for all deliveries. If you have any questions regarding your delivery, here are the responses to some common questions. If you feel you need more information, or if your question is not answered, just drop us a message.

 

Delivery times

Orders made from HLFonline are usually within 4 business days or sooner. While the vast majority of our orders are delivered quickly, there may be delays from time to time.

 

Tracking numbers

Generally, the tracking number for your order is sent by DPD, the courier service, when it becomes available. If you feel that you should have received your tracking number already, just send us a message and one of our team members will get back to you.

 

My order status says “Complete”, but I have not received it yet

The order status changes to Complete as soon as we have handed over your order to DPD. It does not mean that the order has been received by you, just that it has been sent. 

 

I made an order, but did not receive a confirmation email

Order confirmations are sent automatically as soon as the payment is complete. There could be several reasons for you not receiving it:

 

1.Check your junk / spam folder – very often it ends up here

 

2.Typo in email address during checkout – it is possible that you made a mistake when writing your email address during checkout

 

3.Confirmation email is blocked by your email provider – we have seen this happen often with Hotmail or MSN addresses.

 

If you have not received a confirmation email, just message us at support@hlfonline.co.uk and we will let you know the status of your order.
