Pam’s Herbalife Story
Pam started using Herbalife in order to improve her diet, have more energy during the day and feel better. Her story is below.

22 Pounds in 6 Months
I started seeing small drops in weight after the first week, although weight loss was not my main goal. I was eating fast food all day or skipping meals, so was constantly exhausted, low on energy and just generally down. Having a quick and healthy breakfast every day has cut down on my cravings for sweets and snacks and has given the rest of the day more structure when it comes to eating well.
I lost 22 pounds in the first 6 months, and although I probably have more weight to lose, I am in no rush and am just taking it one day at a time. I am happy about how much better I feel on a daily basis, with more energy and better mood.
My favourite flavours are Cookies & Cream and Chocolate.
