Claire’s Herbalife Story
Claire started using Herbalife products in March 2018. The programmes helped her gradually adjust her diet to help with bloating and weight loss. Her story is below.
Started taking the shake in March 2018. I was using it twice a day along with the Herbalife tea and the Herbalife fiber tablets and the aloe concentrate. I was soon feeling much better. Eating a salad with grilled chicken at night. I felt that my bloating went down very soon, but I did not lose much weight at first. I decided to continue as I enjoyed the taste and that I was not feeling swollen all day.
After two weeks, with no exercising I lost 5 pounds. I adjusted my diet (cut snacks, soft drinks and junk food) and started losing weight faster. I ate one meal at night usually a salad, fish or chicken. Started walking more and trying to be active, and felt better and with more energy.
In total, more than 60 pounds lost since I started with the plan in March of 2018. I got the best results after I stated eating healthy and moving about more. I am very happy with the results so far and am continuing as I feel I have more to lose.Back to reviews
