Alice’s Herbalife Story
Alice combined Herbalife weight loss programmes with regular exercise to help her lose weight. Her story is below.
I used it after my first child and dedicated a lot of hard work into getting myself fit. It is not a miracle shake that will take off pounds by doing nothing.
For instance, you have to actually drink the shakes, watch what you’re eating, and if you can, work out. It worked for me and I truly was invested into getting myself where I wanted to be.
I would drink the shakes for breakfast and lunch while eating all of the fruits and veggies anyone could want. I never went hungry because that would have been counter productive. For dinner I would eat a lean protein like chicken and a single serving of a carb like rice or potatoes. Then I would work out for about two hours each night in a fun way such as Zumba or some other dance game. At work I would incorporate squats or whatever I could get away with for strength. I took the Herbalife vitamins for women every day without fail and put more into myself than I ever had before. I am now the most healthy that I have ever felt.
I lost weight quickly but I was very motivated and strict about the programme. It was the first time since I was a child that I felt comfortable in my own skin and I often recommend it to anyone that doesn’t have trouble controlling their eating habits because this might not be for you if you really enjoy eating out or eating a lot in general.Back to reviews
