Below is a sample meal plan that you can use for a general idea of what your week should look like. The meal plan is not very exciting, but it is made to be as simple and hassle-free as possible.
You do not have to stick to it exactly; You can have the shake for breakfast and lunch or breakfast and then dinner, whatever suits you best.
How much weight can you lose in a week or a month?
