Welcome back to day 3 of your Herbalife Nutrition 21 Day Challenge with Samantha Clayton. Our fitness expert and former competitive sprinter will guide your through your upper body workout today. If you want stronger arms, shoulders, better posture and a systematic workout regime for this area, follow her workout today. The workout will work on your chest, back, shoulders and arms.

Before you start it, here’s a little information about weight training.

You don’t necessarily need to reach for the heaviest weight to develop your muscles. It’s possible to build muscle and improve your strength using moderate weight by focusing on a slow and controlled tempo for all of your movements. It’s the time that your muscles are under tension and working hard that will enhance your strength building potential.
