Right, let’s get stuck into this last week and start our lower body workout. Today the team take you through a full body warm up before beginning a lower body workout. These lower body exercises are designed to work your hamstrings, activate your gluts and challenge your balance. Make sure to keep hydrated and breathe in between exercises. You can do this!
