Welcome to day 19 of the Herbalife Nutrition 21 Day Challenge with Nile Wilson.
Core is on the cards for today. As grueling and tough as these core workouts are, it’s important to work on your core to make it stronger. It is particularly important for Nile in his gymnastics, which is why he is so passionate about helping you to achieve a strong core, so let’s do this!
Remember it is very important to warm up and stretch beforehand. If you need guidance with your warm-up, jump to Day 1 and follow the warm-up there. Make sure you keep hydrated and exercise to your ability level.
Today’s workout consists of 8 different exercises. Every one will be 45 seconds long with a 15 second rest period after each of them. They will get gradually more difficult as we go through the circuit until we arrive at the final exercise, The Dish!
Nile Wilson will also share his thoughts on his favourite Herbalife Nutrition products, including those he uses during his training regime.
