Day 6 – Flexibility
Welcome to day 6 of the Herbalife Nutrition 21 Day Challenge with Nile Wilson.
This workout will help get the blood flowing through your body, which should help you to feel better in general. After this flexibility and stretching session with Nile we hope you will feel ready for the day ahead. As always please go at your own pace during the workout.
Nile Wilson will also share his thoughts on his favourite Herbalife Nutrition products, including those he uses during his training regime.
