Welcome to the 21 Day Challenge Workouts page! We are happy that you have chosen to start this exciting programme, and we are sure that you are going to love it. 

There are two different exercise programmes available to you each day, Beginner and Fit to Fitter.

If you feel a bit out of shape or have not exercised in a while, try the Beginner programme. If you feel you are in good shape, or are looking for more of a challenge, go for the Fit to Fitter programme. Remember, if you do not like the one you started with, you can always change.
