Otherwise, take a walk around your city or go hiking somewhere nearby. Losing weight can be a side effect of leading an active and enjoyable life.
Try to include some kind of physical activity into your daily routine, no matter how short it may be. You will notice a big difference very soon – both in terms of the way you look, and perhaps more importantly in the way you feel.
